Grayson began her career in health and wellness as a NC board certified Cosmetologist.
2022 Grayson started the LMBT program at SPCC in Monroe under Dr. Tim Reischman. She graduated May 2023 and received her state license shortly after.
Grayson’s experience in the salon setting has given her the ability to provide meaningful and personalized sessions for each of her clients. Her passion for healing the body through touch is what helps her create such a positive experience for her clientele.

Chris’ desire to empower each client with knowledge and practical awareness around his/her wellness plan fuels his passion for consistent up-leveling and professional development. He has completed hundreds of hours in specialized training, including a variety of functional modalities and experiential body work with clients. He is co-owner and operator of 180 Therapies.

Megan has been a Massage Therapist since 2012. She has experienced many different sides of the industry working in and around the South Charlotte area. She has managed two different franchises throughout the years. Megan has also worked in a high-end day spa, a boxing gym, a private studio, and, most recently, a chiropractic office before joining our team. Megan has even worked with professional race car teams during the IMSA endurance races in Daytona, Sebring, and Atlanta.

Professionally trained at the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork, TJ is a licensed massage and bodywork specialist. TJ was drawn to this profession through a deep desire to help people with chronic pain and tension issues so they could move and feel better.
TJ chose to work at Veridical Therapies because of their patient-care philosophy and how they focus on treating the root of the issues and not just the symptoms while also treating their employees and patients as family.
Professional Trainer & Mobility Specialist
Aeris began his health and wellness journey nearly a decade ago. Since then, he has become an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and is studying to become a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist.
Aeris’ experience in the sport of bodybuilding and other various sports has given him the skill set to work with a variety of individuals. His passion for this industry drives him to help everyone optimize their health.
